During my time at VML (formerly GT) I rose through the ranks to Senior Account Director reporting directly to the Managing Director. I was part of an operations team helping to shape the future of the agency as well as overseeing the line management of the wider Account Handling department. I worked on a variety of clients covering web design, UX, social media, eCRM and digital campaign work. During my time here I spent 5 years working on and 3 years leading the Xbox account which I helped grow in to one of the largest accounts in the agency. I worked with Xbox to help shape their overall digital strategy and create and implement pan EMEA and global digital campaigns with a heavy focus on CRM. During my time here I also worked closely with senior management on new opportunities helping to pitch, grow the business and bed in new clients.

Hybrid AM/PM role working across a range of FMCG clients. Primarily focused on mobile marketing and sales promotion. Projects included mobile sites, mobile ticketing and on-pack promotions.Clients included Coca-Cola, Nokia and Birdseye.

Account Manager in the broadcast department primarily looking after Channel 4. Focused on live TV shows such as Big Brother where I planned and implemented IVR and Mobile solutions.
