I have more than 6 years of experience in UI/UX design. I'm currently working in One Click Go Live Limited and I made valuable contributions to the in-house product by giving advice and suggestions through my user research and client observations.Back in the day, throughout my employment in TFI Digital Limited, I have been suggesting different improvements to the from both customers' and operators' perspectives in order to improve the audience's experience and enhance the smoothness of internal colleagues' workflow. Based on the market needs, I initiated a Q&A platform for commercial live streaming events. The system allows customers to create/edit their own polling questions and able to moderate the audience’s questions in real-time and present the specified one to the speaker on stage. Users are able to download the report after the event as well.In terms of projects, I have several successful delivers to clients as listed follows (including but not limited to):- “SPOT” for Tricor Group - The first hybrid meeting system for listed companies to hold their general meetings(AGMs/EGMs)- “Video Transcoding Platform” for The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) - A web- based control utility for internal use.
