2000-2009 – Control Finance Prime of Nortel Networks Israel• Managing the control department of the company under US GAAP.• Responsible for all statutory reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports).• CFO of the company JV in Serbia. Leading all financial issues (including banks, credit lines, negotiating with customers, budget investments, etc.).• Managing the companies Cash Flow including forecasts, banks and collection from customers.• Structuring local & global processes in finance department from the companies establishment.• Leading internal control under SOX.• Leading transfer from Oracle ERP system to SAP.• Leading negotiations with customers & vendors.• Managing the local control stuff (including payroll).

Finance - team manegement : control, cash manegement, accounting, audit, forecasting, credit manegement, SAP prime, etc.

• Supervising cash flow and management of communication with the banking institutions.• Partner in strategic decision making.• Responsible for accountancy department-preparation &evaluation of quarterly balance sheets.• Economical evaluation of the company activities• Structuring a basis for current reporting• Establishing a computer systems within the company• Negotiating with suppliers in Israel and abroad• Dealing with and collecting from customers• Responsible for logistics and contracts with service suppliers
