I was responsible for providing design critiques on the current platform pages, as well as proposing and implementing edits to enhance the usability, experience, and accessibility of the platform. This included redesigning pages to align with user needs and business goals, as well as improving the visual design and information architecture of the platform. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs were consistent with the company's branding and messaging. I also provided support to the development team, ensuring that our designs were implemented accurately and efficiently.

As a Teaching Assistant (TA) for INFO 360, a design methods class, I provided critiques on projects, graded assignments, and maintained grading records to ensure that students received timely and constructive feedback on their work. In addition to these administrative tasks, I played an active role in supporting students' learning by attending lectures, holding regular office hours, and tutoring students. I also managed and responded to course-related emails, prepared and maintained the course webpage for materials, and developed and maintained online communications and discussion sites.As a TA for a course focused on design justice, I engaged with questions of who is and is not served by design, helping students to examine the impact of their work on people, organizations, and society. I facilitated discussions, reviewed literature, and held extra support sessions for final presentations, ensuring that students had the support they needed to succeed.Throughout my time as a TA, I also attended instructor/TA meetings, working collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure that the course ran smoothly and that students received the best possible learning experience.

Under Professor Margie Morris, I explored self-representation in social and collaborative VR by analyzing how avatar choices and other aspects of self-representation relate to disability and gender. Co-Authored the research paper.
