Responsibilities include: *Evaluating non-conformances, leading or participating in root cause investigations, approving disposition plan and final decision regarding batch release/rejection based on the risk assessment and mitigations.*Participating in continuous improvement projects to implement change within Operations/Quality (change controls and CAPA’s)*Full support on Validation/Engineering/Production change controls and projects including new equipment/ system implementation.*Support on site audits, and participates in GMP audits regarding manufacturing processes*As a team-leader- full management responsibilities including tasks monitoring, personal and professional support, performance evaluation, hiring and qualify new employees, providing final decision regarding critical issues etc.
