About Hadar Bismut

I’m passionate about making people feel connected and live a life that excites them. That’s why I founded Glue - a company that builds purpose-led offline and online communities in organizations and helps people feel like they belong. As one of Israel’s pioneers in strategizing and building organizational communities, I help companies build authentic relationships with employees, customers, and their ecosystem. For the past 6+ years, I’ve connected over 60,000 people offline and online through the 42 communities I’ve built and led. My experience includes working with top companies in a variety of sectors, e.g. Microsoft, General Motors, Intel, Cisco, Playtika, Applied Materials, Elbit, Bank Leumi, as well as municipalities and governmental institutes. My experience shows that investing in long-term connections is the best way to make an impact, meet real needs and achieve business goals. My in-depth business understanding, combined with a background in psychotherapy, allows me to identify people’s deepest needs and thoughtfully connect those to organizational strategy. The results are passionate employees who are fired up about their work and view the company in a whole new way. The biggest compliment I get in my work is the look of surprise when employees eventually realize I’m an external advisor and not part of the company.I specialize in strategizing, building and leading:> Storytelling communities as part of Corporate Comms / Branding> ERGs, D&I> Employer branding initiatives> Professional guilds incl. communities of practice> Organizational innovation programs> Knowledge sharing & collaborationand more.I also guide and train online and offline community leaders on how to increase and measure their impact and reach through clear KPIs.Fun fact: I host a podcast about making brave choices, and lead country-wide initiatives that help people feel they belong to something bigger than themselves.Would you like to know more about making meaningful connections around and within your organization?
