- Led the Services group aimed to provide support services to ~6,500 employees in the country (8 sites spread) - Managed and led the soft services operations, including maintenance, Janitorial , Catering, Car fleet , Transportations and Shuttles , Clean rooms cleaning, Communication Center and Space planning.- Close planning and monitoring of budget ( $ 40M scale)- Led and Managed direct reporters (~12) towards success and professional development through PDPs, Trainings development, work sessions, and approximately 450 contractor employees (awarded twice on a corporate level)- Drove and motivated teams towards results while constantly raised the bar through counselling , trainings, talent development, personal mentoring, disciplinary action, performance reviews and people sensing sessions.- Led global and in country work groups to improve work processes, quality control and co-workers collaboration. - Established and structured the Campus Services group in F28 ( new plant): from group planning needs through forming teams, recruiting employees, managing tenders for vendors up to running the business flawlessly- A leading partner in planning and execution of projects related to systems and processes implementations , renovation and construction, space management and services improvements
