My focus on strategic growth, innovation, and building a robust team has positioned SuperStack as a leader in the tech executive search industry.Despite our success, SuperStack was closed in 2023 due to the economic state of Israel and its impact on the executive recruitment industry. We remain hopeful and plan to consider reopening SuperStack once Israel's economic and political challenges are resolved.

I've assembled and managed the first six teams who built Connecteam's platform: Backend, Front-end, Native Mobiles, Product, Design & Freelancers.Connecteam develops a mobile business optimization service designed to help businesses create their own mobile apps for managing their staff. Our low-touch SAAS platform enables companies to create mobile training manuals, employee time clocks, scheduling tools, establish communication between management teams and employees, and assist executives with the monitoring and management of their remote employees. We have built the platform from the ground up to meet the needs of organizations with frontline employees. Most people don’t realize it, but deskless employees comprise 80% of the global workforce - 2.7B employees around the world. Many organizations still rely on bulletin boards, phone calls, printed spreadsheets, and face-to-face training to run their businesses. We have plans to change that and help organizations and their employees improve communication, work processes, and collaboration.
