As VP, Chief Of Research, I am responsible for demonstrating the professionalism of our investment house to the outside world, so that our position as the most professional investment house in Israel is maintained. Beyond the extensive analysis work and beyond the enrichment of the knowledge of our professional team in various and diverse fields while influencing our investment portfolio, the role includes publishing articles for the press and clients, appearing on various panels and in all media channels, and to be the professional representative of our investment house in all the professional forums.

Beyond the in-depth analysis work I did, as the Director of the Economic Department, I led the investment house's analysis team at the professional and managerial level. My team, which included analysts who specialize in various fields, provided investment recommendations to all of our investment departments - provident funds, mutual funds and private portfolio management. My department specialized in the analysis of tradable products and alternative investments and also handled the regulatory requirements that arise from the Ministry of Finance and the Securities Authority.

I am participating in a highly professional team who manages our provident funds, our trust funds and our clients' investment portfolios (we manage more than 95 billion NIS). I meet the senior management of the major companies in Israel and analyze the value of their equity and debt. I analyze real-estate, energy, bio, telecom, retail, industrial and holding companies using various valuating models such as DCF, NAV, B&S, earnings and capital multiples. I also build estimated cash-flows for companies I cover in order to estimate their ability to pay their debt. After analyzing the value of the debt and equity, and after building a cash flow, I give recommendations regarding the purchase or sale of the securities. My team use my recommandations in order to make decisions. I am also taking part in investment and debt committees and delivering presentations to the board.In addition, I lecture to bank's marketing teams and to our market teams about financial analyzing and about different more topics.

My team supplies audit and tax services to various kinds of clients. In addition, I am taking part in implementing the process of IFRS for SME, in bookkeeping, in collecting from clients and in managing bookkeepers working under me.

I have been providing various accounting services including FS auditing for Israeli and American companies (public and private) from various fields, preparation of tax statements for Israeli companies and participating in the preparation of a prospectus by the IFRS standards. During my work I got to work by the U.S. GAAP and the IFRS.

I managed the operation room of an air-force base. We were responsible of operating the base and the flights on quiet times and on emergency times. During my work I collaborated with different authorities and supervised the flights together with the control tower.
