Management of the product team (3 PMs), covering product inbound and outbound responsibilities for the suite of 3 products.- Working closely with sales teams to gather feature requests, discuss the roadmap, assist in pre-sale efforts, and negotiate feature commitments needed to close deals.- Traveling to events, customers and partners to gather feedback and discuss future directions.- Roadmap and release planning. - Suggested the concept for the 3rd product in the suite and followed the development up to GA - http://www.algosec.com/en/products_solutions/products/business_flow- Designing feature requirements in detail (behavior, user experience, integration with other internal/external products, UI revamp).- Working closely with R&D to prioritize tasks within features, issues found during development and in the field.- Competitive analysis and product collateral.- Taking part in ad-hoc project management teams for key strategic accounts.

Management of the advisory products development group (~20 people, 4 teams).- Strengthening team leaders' management and professional skills - Solution of escalated architecture / design / technical issues- Settling conflicts between long term development and short term customer needs- Setting standards and methodologies for the group- Gathering requirements from customers and designing solutions for two large projects

Design and implementation of modules integrating wireless subsystems into cellular & hand held platforms.It was a part-time position while I completed my B.Sc studies.

Management of the runtime team (5 people) of the flagship product. The team was in charge of the server programming and web frameworks of the product. The job included design of new features - starting from client requests up to the tiniest technical details. After Sabratec was acquired by Software AG, I became the manager of the entire development team of the product.

Core server programmer, mainly in Java.Additional experience with web development - ASP, JSP, .NETDuring this time I have traveled abroad many times for proof of concepts and product training courses. I have also written the training material for the product, and spent 4 months in the NY branch providing technical sales assistance.
