As a bioinformatics developer with experience in algorithm design and pipeline construction for NGS analysis, I am always looking for opportunities to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry. I have a track record of scaling big data genomics to practical and efficient workflows and am continuously seeking to improve my skills and knowledge in this field.I am currently a PhD student at Tel-Aviv University's Functional Genomic Lab, where I am researching the use of machine learning and statistics in cell free DNA analysis under the supervision of Prof. Noam Shomron.
