Hello, I'm Hadasa. I'm looking for a job as a fashion designer where I can use my skills and knowledge in the industry to help the business expand and thrive. My abilities include sewing, crocheting, and needlework. I am skilled in pattern making, fitting, design development, and clothing construction. I've been in retail for about three years, and every year I get better. I was hired by Lincraft in October 2022 as a Christmas casual after working at a fruit shop for six months. I remained loyal to the company and now work as a part-time supervisor, where my duties include giving instructions and supervising the employees assigned to me for the day. This involves assigning duties for the day and giving tasks to each employee, ranging from most to least important. I review each employee's work and offer assistance when required. opening and closing the store, keeping my workspace tidy, and sending my Store Manager an email regarding the day's events. This contains details about the jobs that were finished, the challenges that arose during the day, and whether or not we were able to stay within the budget. Since I was twelve years old, sewing has been a part of my life. I made costumes for a school play and instructed kids in sewing. I love fashion and would be open to any career openings since I am always interested in learning more.
