Current• Coach and consult managers on various managerial aspects, leadership challenges, decision-making, HR-related issues, and management skills to optimize their effectiveness.• Drive and support organizational change initiatives. Develop and implement tailored solutions with a strong emphasis on scalability and growth.• Collaborate closely with departments and team leaders to facilitate organizational transformation, promote a culture of performance and continuous improvement, enhance employee engagement, and execute team building and learning and development initiatives.• Lead cross-functional HR & OD processes, including talent assessment, evaluation and feedback, sensing programs, performance management, engagement initiatives and career development.• Manage the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Coach leaders to effectively navigate all cyclical processes.• Analyze HR data qualitatively and quantitatively, including salary benchmarks, hiring and termination trends, and identification of patterns. Present findings to senior management and drive actionable plans based on insights gleaned.
