Coordinated 4, 3-day conventions with over 150 participants at each filled with educational programming, bonding activities, and Jewish life. Supported International Convention (IC) Registration and Launch Nights and managed supplies and printing. Organized all documents necessary for programming throughout the weekend and created a centralized hub for leaders to find and submit their necessary materials.

Worked with 30+ students ages 6-14 every Sunday during the school year. Additionally, each year, I would work one on one with 2- 3 students to develop their Hebrew skills and prepare them for their Bar or Bat Mitzvahs.
