Assessment of Collective Impact in Pennsylvania's public libraries, for the Office of Commonwealth Libraries (OCL). With project co-lead Annette Mattei, and in partnership with polling firm Susquehanna Polling & Research, and design firm Na'Toria Marketing & Design Solutions, we are looking at what Pennsylvanians want from their libraries and how libraries can be positioned to serve the evolving needs of PA's residents. The Commonwealth has more than 500 libraries, in cities, small towns, and the state's vast rural areas. This assessment will lift up the voices of thousands of individuals who rely on their libraries for information, communication, education, enrichment, building community, and inform OCL's 5-year plan.

Convening consultant for the 2024 launch of TeachPHL.org. In partnership with a co-convener, developed and facilitated monthly Industry Partnership meetings for Philadelphia Works and Elevate215, and supported the development and re-launch of a web-based hub and digital campaign to recruit teachers to Philadelphia schools.

Adults with some college but no degree continue to fuel enrollments for colleges with declining student populations and their local economies after they graduate. There are many other benefits to supporting them to graduation. I was honored to provide coaching support to the Chester County Economic Development Council in PA in Project RECONNECT's inaugural year. Navigators recruited individuals who needed 3 or fewer courses to complete their postsecondary degree. Not surprisingly, many chose to complete degrees in fields such as nursing and patient care, where they can give back to others in need. I stand in awe of the Navigators Bethanie Emery, Tiniera Green, and Amy Rodriguez Miller who supported the Reconnectors and Patti VanCleave who developed and led the initiative. I am honored to have been chosen to support this important work, and grateful for the funding from the PA Department of Labor and Industry.

Evaluation of Digital Literacy and Workforce Development Grant (Round 2). Conducted qualitative evaluation of 20 grant recipients across the Commonwealth of PA. Developed and delivered a mini-conference for all grantees. With Annette Mattei of Metro Metrics LLC, Sarah Nunez, and Carrie Amann.

Convening consultant to the Chief Talent Officer. Supported a multi-stakeholder process of creating a new educator pathway in PA.

The Graduate! Network was an education consultancy from 2012 to 2023, focused on degree or credential attainment for the 40 Million Americans who started but didn’t finish a postsecondary degree: for growing local talent pools, increasing economic opportunity and equitable outcomes, strengthening families and communities, and ensuring that future generations of learners know how to navigate the postsecondary ecosystem. Building on my experiences founding and leading Graduate! Philadelphia, I expanded the local concept to a consultancy supporting a national network of 40+ state and regional partnerships to increase postsecondary completion for adults.

Co-founder of a first-of-its-kind collaborative regional initiative to increase college completion, specifically by helping those with some college but no degree to get back to and through college.
