- Prepare the quarterly and monthly operational roadmap for mobile, Internet and fixed, with all operational actions.- Follow up the implementation of the roadmap with all concerned parties. - Set the Launch action plan for mobile PAYG ,VAS ,IEW, Roaming & international offers focusing on: 1. Launch review meeting with concerned marketing leaders. 2. Testing, customer journey and process. 3. D-1 Go / No Go.4. With Feedback analysis and action of D+1 including the field visits.5. Ensure the right, complete info on O.zone. 6. Product board action plan or impact on Customer Experience with proposed action plan to enhance before T3. - Stock management:1. Ensure the needs of indirect sales including the animation tools. 2. Warning on any CPE or WP shortage.- Weekly overview & dashboard including:1. Recent briefs after T3 and warning points and updates. 2. Follow up list management.3. Stock status slide. 4. Dashboard management.- FUT & Follow up on CTC action plan: 1. Conduct FUT whenever required with accurate reporting. 2. Follow up on implementing the action plan of CTC related to the products under your responsibility.- Share folder update & department quality assurance; organize and update the G2M shared folder. Ensure the completion of the documents to be ready for internal and external auditing.-Follow up and secure the launches through LMS tool in terms of testing and delivering the message to the concerned front liners.-Work closely with the sales; shops ,mobile customer care, outbound factory & POS's.-Create events, competitions or programs targeting all front liners.
