Dr.Bader is a managing partner at ConsultUs For Development (www.consultusmena.com). She has extensive experience and demonstrated knowledge in managing international non-profit grants and contracts. She provides oversight for effective implementation of awarded grants and contracts to ensure appropriate engagement, quality management, monitoring and compliance of awards and partner funding agreements.She collaborates with international partner organizations including USAID, World Bank, UN organizations and other major partners to effectively manage the awarded contracts and agreements according to their rules and regulations and to coordinate efforts from pre-award proposal development efforts till monitoring of awarded grants and contracts and managing and supporting the technical staff to successfully achieve the expected deliverables.
