In ARD Company I had two Job titles, first 8 months I worked as an ERP developer, then I got promoted to CTO.Among the responsibilities as CTO in ARD, I am generally assigned are in the following roles:- Training and helping clients to use the ERPNext system.- Immediate response to customer inquiries while they are working on the system- Responding to technical support requests received from customers and modifying the system according to requirements, even after a long time has passed since the project was closed and terminated. Infrastructure management. Oversee data, security, network and maintenance. Implementation of the company's technical strategy, in terms of tracking the company's technical resources and managing the company's cloud hosting. Implementation of the company's technical strategy and assistance in creating new business strategies that contribute to the development and improvement of the company's work mechanism and employee evaluation performance.Communicating with customers and providing technical and technical advice for the products and technical solutions adopted by the company, with a focus on customer relations, understanding target markets, and helping to deliver information technology projects to the market in the most efficient and easiest way. Develop corporate strategies and business models while analyzing different target markets and potential customers for the coming periods.- Work skills: understanding the basics of the business to which the clients we target belong to and provide them with technical solutions in all their specialties and different fields. Working with a client who owns a factory and needs a technical solution to manage his resources is not like working with a client who owns an educational institution.
