• Develop and update the organizational structure.• Prepare an annual recruitment plan based on needs.• Create a half-yearly training plan for employees.• Identify and evaluate future and current training needs.• Monitor recruitment and departmental staffing needs.• Conduct interviews with new applicants, either at the center or online, and record feedback.• Continuously update job descriptions and organizational charts for various center departments.• Conduct necessary investigations with employees in any incidents occurring at the center.• Develop human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations.• Follow up and communicate with all employee requests and complaints.• Monitor employees who request resignation, conduct exit interviews, and analyze the results.• Monitor the annual salary increase for employees.• Sign contracts with new teachers & conduct orientation sessions to familiarize them with the center's regulations & policies.

• Participate in developing the yearly training plan schedule.• Identify training needs.• Regularly communicate with trainees to identify and solve any problems, consulting with the direct manager.• Collect, store, and classify information and data related to trainers and trainees.• Participate in evaluating training programs, including preparing necessary reports with results, obstacles, and suggestions for program development.

• Address customer complaints and find solutions by communicating with upper management.• Monitor electronic and phone course-related surveys.• Organize award ceremonies for outstanding students (children and adults).• Coordinate an annual book fair.• Monitor the center's library, update the coding system, & communicate with various libraries to purchase necessary books.• Organize regular meetings for teachers.
