The training and development manager is responsible for the implementation of all training operations for Multiserv's clients inside and outside Egypt, this shall includes the following:- Provided leadership, mentorship, applicable training and overall guidance for Multiserv's instructors to meet the clients requirments and to get the desired training and learnng quality.- Maintained risk assessments and enforced safety standards which led to zero work related accidents.- Expertly managed development of reports that included counseling, quarterly evaluations, supply, logistics and personnel.- Lead the operation team in the new training tenders and set the desired plan to award these tenders by selecting the best profiles to conduct our training and design the proper training syllbus - Supervised security for over $1million of classroom and office equipment with zero losses arround our training location worldwide.- Participated on numerous hiring boards of instructors, assessors and relevent staff.- Build up the competency assurance and development plans- Perdorm the required training need analysis and training gap analysis- Set the KPIs for different learning process- Manage the employers and the trainers development plans and update their PDP- Manage the international certifications sector to ensure our clients and employers are well learned and internationaly certified.
