• Receive the recruitment requisition from the clients.• Contact with the clients to identify the job description, job requirements, and the salary range.• Source and headhunt through different platforms to collect a pool of qualified candidates for the required vacancies in various industries (white or blue collars).• Screen and filter the CVs and the applications• Conduct phone call interviews with the candidates to ensure they are matched with the job criteria to create the shortlisted.• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles, and select candidates who most fit the job descriptions.• Coordinate the technical interviews for the clients.• Send job offers to the selected candidates• Follow up the hiring process with the selected candidates till they travel to their workplace.
