My roles:- Creating devices catalogs and user guides for each device. - Work on creating scientific content for all of the company’s products. - Assisting R&D engineers in obtaining all the scientific content of the devices. (specifications, working theory, and steps for making experiments for each device). - Coordinating with graphic designers to work on producing device catalogs and coordinating data for each device.

Sales and technical support engineerMy role:- Prepare the technical and financial offers.- Technical studies for suitable alternative brands.

Control engineer My role:- Study all the instruments that the company work with (temp. controller – counters – Encoders – sensors – inverters - PLC …) and prepare the technical reports about them to be able to convince the clients. - Technical studies for suitable alternative brands.- Design control panels and its drawings. - Track the faults in the electrical panels. - Prepare technical and price offers.- Responsible for the pricing and preparing price lists for our products by analyzing our costs and keeping an eye on the market and competitors.
