With over 15 years of work experience in various HR roles, I am currently the HR-adviseur at SMT Netherlands, a leading provider of construction equipment and services. In this role, I work with the management and employees to improve the HR processes and policies, and to reduce the absenteeism rate and costs. I use my skills in process improvement, HR, and absenteeism to analyze the current situation, identify the root causes, and implement solutions that are effective and sustainable. I also provide coaching and guidance to the staff on their career and talent development, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture. My mission is to help SMT achieve its strategic goals and vision, while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of its workforce.
