My role as VP of Program Management is to execute on top-down projects, including cross-department, and company-wide initiatives. These include both external facing projects as well as internal processes and change management.

Overseeing the different products that fall under Open Source at JetBrains including Kotlin, Ktor, Compose Multiplatform, Exposed, along with the developer tooling experience for the products. As part of the leadership at JetBrains, I have also been involved and helped drive the growth of the company from 140 people to over 2000, including setting up data, security, PR, communication departments amongst others. I have been involved in many aspects regarding leadership and communication across teams and departments.

Additional responsibilities include being a member of the Operating Committee and Trademark Committee, overseeing the operational aspects of the foundation as well as trademark protection.

Co-founded and created a software for the print industry (PrintMax) which was a complete ERP system and revolutionary at the time, given its connectivity with a variety of industrial machinery. During my time at the company, I helped develop the software, hire people, perform administrative tasks, as well as sales. I later sold the company off to my co-founder.

Develop and lead IntraWeb, a product included in Delphi as well as co-lead Indy, an OSS project included in Delphi

Worked on Developer Tools focused on Reporting Components which were later included in Delphi.
