I graduated from Amirkabir University of Technology (AUT) in 2012. I work as an Associate Professor in the Department of Network Science and Technologies, University of Tehran(UOT), Tehran, Iran. My position at UOT is a research and teaching one. I teach courses in the graduate levels including "Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition", "Probabilistic Graphical Models", and "Statistical Learning". My research interests at UOT is mainly in the field of Statistical Machine Learning and Network Science. Collaborating with my graduate students in KAVOSH lab, our aim is to develop new ideas and algorithms on mining large scale datasets and specially with the networked ones through the probabilistic and deep learning frameworks.
