After being promoted to Assistant Manager in the Engineering Mechanical Department, I was entrusted with a dual role focused on mechanical engineering and technical training revamp of the manufacturing division with the Senior Vice President.In this role, I:- Led the Transitional Training Model, to digitize, benchmark and personalize employee development and functional trainings, improving training effectiveness by 90%.This included coordinating with 4 departments, managing 20+ stakeholders, and developing 98+ technical training modules for multiple functions and skill levels.

Selected after a highly competitive country-wide recruitment process amongst 28 other graduate engineers.In this role, I:- Led equipment failure root-cause-analysis using (Non-destructive testing) NDT data for 0% reoccurrence rate.- Devised NDT computational selection model reducing error margin by 25%, based on material, process, cost, maintenance schedules and environmental metrics.- Conducted Root Cause Analyses (RCA) on equipment failure in collaboration with testing teams, and industry experts. This included RCA for my position paper for a safety critical Ammonia Vessel preventing a Level 2 Emergency at the plant.- Conducted RCA and RFT on a business critical WHB failure due to oxygen pitting leading to lower downtime.- Led projects of over 10M PKR and developed execution plans through thermal and stress analysis of engineering design.
