It consists of searching vendors for procure either products or services, negotiate with vendor for a better price of products or services to be offered, observing bidding, registering or updating vendor’s status within office’s vendor database system (using SAP), evaluate vendor’s performance, summarize and analyze data of expense from PO for direct materials, setting local or import detail of direct material needed for continuous operation of production, etc
