At Old Navy, I serve as a retail sales associate, where I play a key role in creating an inviting shopping environment. I specialize in maintaining an orderly product floor and engaging customers in meaningful conversations to promote our loyalty programs. I am skilled in managing transactions, using both cash registers and software, and providing exceptional customer service. My efforts were recognized with the Employee of the Month award in July 2023.

As a resident assistant at CTY, I ensured student safety and well-being with 24/7 emergency support and supervision of activities. I organized daily and weekend events that boosted social and academic engagement, while coordinating meetings to address resident needs and enhance community spirit.

In my role as a student caller for NYU Phonathon, I acted as a key ambassador, cultivating meaningful connections between alumni/parents and the university through engaging phone conversations. I am proud to have secured over 200 pledges from alumni/parents, supporting NYU's scholarships, foundations, and clubs.

As a DEI intern, I had the privilege of learning from individuals in various positions within the organization, gaining valuable insights into diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. I contributed to the development of a process guide tailored for the organization's semi-annual meetings. Additionally, I assisted in organizing an expo for the Team Member Resource Group, featuring leaders from the Red Cross. The expo aimed to foster dialogue and promote DEI awareness within the organization.

During my time as an HS^2 scholar, I had the privilege of attending advanced STEM courses over three consecutive summers, following a competitive selection process. In my final year, I transitioned into a mentoring role, providing guidance and support to younger students as they navigated their academic coursework and adjusted to life in the Rocky Mountains.
