As a Marketing Event Planning Intern my responsibilities include: -Venue search, vendor procurement and management, and working with sponsors.-Book all meeting space as soon as event dates are confirmed.-Work directly on all F&B orders-Order and coordinate swag, giveaways, etc.-Book social post-event venues as well as F&B and hotel rooms for key personnel-Post-event analysis and support, including posting photos/videos after events to our social media channels and event website, as well as conducting post-event reporting, and budgeting with the director of events and field sales team.-Manage all event-related email correspondence once dates have been confirmed (e.g. save the date, reminders, registration, social event, etc.)-Book and coordinate trade shows
