I am currently working towards a degree in applied exercise science, focusing on strength and conditioning. Throughout my studies, I have developed valuable interpersonal skills that will benefit my career. I'm eager to build my growth as a professional by enhancing my skills and impacting others.During my time in college, I have been given the opportunity to pour into my fellow peers. Being a disciple group leader at Kaleo in Orlando, Florida, was a deeply impactful experience that shaped my personal and leadership development. My responsibilities included facilitating discussions, one-on-one mentoring, and fostering a supportive community grounded in faith and growth. This role strengthened my communication skills, while preparing me to effectively engage with diverse young girls and support them on their spiritual journeys. While working a full-time job, it helped me grow in my time management skills as well as putting others before myself during a busy schedule.As a current physical therapy aid, I have been able to sharpen my relationship building skills and work ethic. Working in healthcare has effectively taught me how to enhance the patient experience, which I believe has shaped how I interact as a professional. My dedication to helping people has significantly increased my customer service skills. It fosters empathy, allowing me to better understand and respond to customer needs.
