I was responsible for around 8 people and 2 teams’ development, recruitment, line management, performance management, stakeholder management, facilitation, agile & personal coaching and mentoring. I strongly support the lean and agile ways of working as I believe in their core values. I have had over 8 years of experience leading and/or working in teams that have used agile methodologies (e.g Scrum, XP, Kanban) to develop software. I am passionate about serving, supporting and empowering others.
