Job Responsibilities:- Receive BOM from technical team.- Ask for quotation from supplier and get the best discount, best payment terms and best delivery time.- Prepare financial offer.- Make projects breakdown to ease decision making.After Winning project:- Prepare the purchase order and send it to the technical manager to get approval.- After Technical Approval, sending purchase order to Logistics & Financial Managers for approval.- Sending the purchase order to the supplier.- After financial dep. transfer order amount I start to enter the progress in the project follow up sheet.- Start Tracing the shipments.- Contact shipper to collect shipment and makes sure the shipper ships ASAP.- Inform the project coordinator with the shipping info and Airway Bill, pay shipping fees to shipper to collect the shipping document, inform financial department to issue invoice.- Inform the customer with the shipping details and handle them original shipping documents.- When shipment is delivered, Delivery Note is prepared and sent to customer for signature.Projects Done:- Mass Projects in New Cairo Capital.- Egyptian International Olympic City Shooting Club.- Egyptian Press Center.- Rotana digital cinema archive & automated Play-out- ONTV Network- CBC TV- Al Hayah TV- Sada El Balad- DMC TV- MBC Masr advanced sports coverage- Advanced election coverage
