-Perform bookkeeping and invoicing using XERO.-Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.-Make reconciliation to bank statements, petty cash and third parties-Support month-end and year-end close process.-Review financial statements and make adjustments to maintain balances-Follow up with clients regarding their payables and receivables.

-Deliver an accurate record and tracking for the daily cash, A\P, A\R and various reconciliations.-Uses ERP software to perform bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.-Generate monthly financial reports to detail company revenues and expenses.-Perform audits to uncover and resolve financial discrepancies and overages.-Monitoring daily and monthly stock movements.-Prepare the monthly payslips.
