- Responsible in reviewing, verivying invoices, and entering the data into the system- Tracking expenses and processing expense reports- Posting transactions to journals, ledgers and other records- Ensuring records of taxable transactions for monthly tax reporting- Maintaining company's daily petty cash transaction records- Reconcile accounts payable transactions- Maintain filing invoices and vouchers- Assist with month end closing

- Maintain vendor files- Assist in producing monthly reports- Prepare tax accruals for company records and accounts- Maintaining Financial Statement, review and analysis- Dealing with local tax authority - Ensuring tax compliance
