As a Manager within the Mass Affluent team I was responsible for the high value customer offers treatment proposition delivering the customer strategy into the Branch and Remote delivery channels.Responsibilities:• Weekly activity reporting to stakeholder within Commercial Team, Connect and Retail Business Reporting, providing timely and quality insights and data feeds• Delivery of Complaints and NPS insight and MI for the Mass Affluent segment• Provide backup email support to the Branch Managers and Personal Relationship Managers populations with regard to the My Relationship Customer (CRM) tool and the BM Customer / Personal Relationship Manger programmes in general.

• Responsible for the successful conclusion of problems that arose from the 31 Offices of Lloyds TSB Private Banking. CDU place equity and bond deals on behalf of these offices with stockbrokers.• Ensured that any bargains placed were settled with the broker on time together with dealing with account balancing.
