As a Manager within the Mass Affluent team I was responsible for the high value customer offers treatment proposition delivering the customer strategy into the Branch and Remote delivery channels.Responsibilities:• Weekly activity reporting to stakeholder within Commercial Team, Connect and Retail Business Reporting, providing timely and quality insights and data feeds• Delivery of Complaints and NPS insight and MI for the Mass Affluent segment• Provide backup email support to the Branch Managers and Personal Relationship Managers populations with regard to the My Relationship Customer (CRM) tool and the BM Customer / Personal Relationship Manger programmes in general.

I provided a consultancy service both internally within the team and to the wider UK Wealth Business. I have responsibility for building and maintaining solutions to provide influential insight and advice in the development and implementation of business and sales plans.The role encompassed:• Forecasting and Planning to drive the quarterly and annual Target & Interlock process• Manage governance of targeting and version controlling• Perform scenario analysis• Prepare Seller targets and presentations to support Union Meetings• Stakeholder Management with Commercial Directors Team, Private Banking and Finance to ensure that targets and business plans are aligned• Preparing Ad-hoc reporting and providing analysis of trends
