I ensure the smooth functioning of the planning department by reviewing applications, scheduling hearings, preparing reports, and developing zoning regulations. I work closely with planning officials, architects, engineers, and others to ensure compliance with development regulations and provide guidance on planning-related matters. Excellent communication skills are essential to assist developers and the public. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant computer software support planning databases and ensure report accuracy

A risk analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks for a railway and roads project. By analyzing financial data, climate changes, and regulations, they develop risk management strategies and work with other departments to develop plans to mitigate risks. They are detail-oriented problem solvers and work well under pressure. They have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

A claims specialist manages insurance claims for construction, railways and buildings. I review claims, determine coverage, and work with clients for efficient processing. The specialist investigates and determines the value of the claim and negotiates payment amounts, advising customers on avoiding future losses and recommending policy changes. help clients recover from losses or damages.
