Anthony is a dynamic, down to earth and motivational school leader. His eyes were opened to the power of educator ATTITUDE- for better or for worse - when he discovered an alarming pattern of uninspiring, intolerant and disrespectful student experiences with school while conducting field research. Since then, Anthony’s mission has been to tap into the positive and influential aspects of ATTITUDE that all educators have and to focus this unparalleled energy into one singular forward direction, thus creating an upbeat and vibrant school culture - one of hope, acceptance and respect - one in which Teacher’s say, “Yes we can” when faced with challenges. Anthony is an inspiring, skilled and nationally certified Behavioral Safety Management presenter/trainer on the topics of trauma informed care, safe schools, prevention and intervention strategies (as opposed to suspension), restraint and seclusion elimination, social and emotional learning, and classroom management.
