Current- Oversee daily food and beverage requirements to players and coaching staff; including specialty nutrition, dietary and performance related offerings. - Coached, mentored and developed over 150 culinary team members throughout their careers- Championed COVID-19 employee relief meal service for laid off and furloughed team members producing over 500+ meals with employee pick-ups two times per week- Lead in task force that provided thousands of bags of groceries to underserved and unemployed urban and rural families in the Western New York region- Created and maintained over 2,000+ standardized recipes. - Developed multiple recovery meal options for players dependent on performance level and caloric needs- Implemented “grab ‘n go” system of fresh, nutritional, snack options for players- Developed partnerships with vendors to reduce overall costs by 15% through effective planning & contract negotiation - Led communication, planning and execution of over 300 special events for 500+ guests
