Responsiblity :a. Responsible for the recording and filing of documents and correspondence for the Project.b. Adherence to the Company Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.c. Assist establishing and implementing the Quality/HSE audit program on the projectd. Ensure all document to submit for Information, review and approval to our Client / Subcontractor use Transmittal and registerede. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the project software for document and correspondence control and distribution.f. Responsible for the document retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation.g. Responsible for the issuance and distribution of documents and maintenance of relevant registers.h. Co-ordinates with Managers, Engineers, HSE Supervisor and Superintendents on documentation control.i. Maintains the Document Control System for the overall project.j. Compiles monthly reports for all main areas on information received from Managers, Engineers, HSE Supervisor and Superintendents.k. Prepares registers and reports on documents / drawing / correspondence status and documentation submission.l. Reports to the Project Controls Manager / Project Manager / QA/QC Manager.m. Responsible for coordinating the implementation and maintenance of the project management system.n. Provide advice and support to the Project Manager for the development, implementation, review and revision of the Project Execution Plan attachments.o. Interact with other Managers and Engineers and HSE Supervisor to implement and coordinate the Project Execution Plan and attachments.p.
