In June 2023, I was honored to represent Oman in the Gulf Youth Camp's first edition, an immersive experience with young leaders from five Gulf nations. Over five intense days, we journeyed through Oman, forging connections that transcended borders and backgrounds.Unity in Diversity:Each day introduced new challenges and bonding opportunities. We started with an early-morning hike to Jebel Shams, Oman’s highest peak, setting the tone for resilience and unity. Hiking under a starlit sky, we felt the powerful bond that came from shared goals and mutual support.Cultural Exchange and Leadership:Our days were filled with in-depth discussions and creative workshops, hosted at the iconic Youth Center. There, I contributed to brainstorming sessions aimed at fostering collaboration, innovation, and leadership in our generation. The center provided a platform for young leaders to explore ideas, share experiences, and inspire each other toward a collective future.Pride and Purpose:The camp culminated in a high-stakes moment: presenting the "Shababna" platform before the Omani Minister of Economy and Gulf ambassadors. Standing on that stage was a milestone, both personally and for Oman. The platform I introduced spoke to the potential of youth in driving change and unity across our nations. It was a defining moment, representing the voice and vision of Omani youth on a respected platform.Growth Through Challenge:Accepting this experience was not easy. I initially hesitated, facing intense workloads and company responsibilities. However, by trusting my team to manage operations in my absence, I discovered the true essence of delegation and resilience. This experience taught me invaluable lessons about stepping out of my comfort zone, trusting in others, and embracing challenges to fuel growth.The Gulf Youth Camp has left a lasting impact, shaping my approach to leadership, community, and purpose.

During the summer of 2021, I ventured into the world of e-commerce and dropshipping with the aim of exploring new business horizons and diversifying my entrepreneurial experience. This period was marked by significant learning and hands-on application in the field of online retail.Key Responsibilities:Market Research: Conducted extensive market research to identify viable products and understand market trends.Website Development: Designed and developed an e-commerce website using Shopify, including setting up product pages, payment gateways, and customer service tools.Branding: Created a brand identity by designing logos, social media accounts, and engaging content.Social Media Marketing: Implemented social media strategies and purchased followers to enhance social proof and attract potential customers.Learning and Adaptation: Self-taught the intricacies of dropshipping and e-commerce through online courses and practical application.Achievements:Successfully created and launched an e-commerce website from scratch.Managed to drive initial traffic and interest through targeted social media marketing.Learned valuable lessons about the complexities and challenges of international e-commerce and payment systems.Challenges and Learnings:Encountered and navigated through regulatory challenges such as commercial registration and international banking restrictions.Despite the project's eventual halt, gained profound insights into the importance of thorough preparation and realistic goal setting in new ventures.The total financial investment amounted to 16 Omani Rials, reflecting a cost-effective approach to learning and development.This experience underscored the significance of resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning in the entrepreneurial journey, providing a solid foundation for future ventures
