Current- Prospect companies and monitor their training needs on a daily basis.
- Handling of orders, preparation of technical and financial offer packages and invoicing offers.
- Identify internal and external trainers with the capacity to deliver the various training modules envisaged (technical expertise, pedagogical qualities...)
- Evaluate and select external providers (Training Centres, Hotels,.) according to customer requirements.
- Monitoring and organising training seminars.
- Management of the day-to-day needs of the company (various purchases for management, purchases for meetings, design and creation of presentation materials and catalogues, payment of invoices, etc.)
