Well versed with various SAN Storage Products IBM (SVC,XIV, DS-8000, Storwize-V7000,Flash System), HP Storage(MSA,EVA & 3PAR) Netapp Storage, DELL Storage, Brocade & Cisco San Switches & Directors.HP Servers(DL, ML, BL & SL series), HP C-3000/7000 Blade Enclosure, HP Tape Library.Job Responsibility- Participate on 24x7 production support for multiple SAN Storages family products. Creating RAID as per customer requirement using SATA, SAS ,SSD & Flash Drives. LUN provisioning, Host Mapping/Un-mapping on storage. LUN Allocation/De-allocation/Expansion/Shrinking. Good Understanding on Snapshot and Volume Mirroring & Thin Provisioning. Good Understanding on different Storage Tier. Good Understanding on Storage Virtualization Technology. Working on space efficient Technology Data Compression/De-duplication /Encryption. Experience in Replication Technologies (Synchronous & Asynchronous) with RPO & RTO. Good Understanding on Data Migration. Perform SAN Zoning as per the best practices. Knowledge on ISL, ICL & Port Trunking. Good understanding on Multipath & LUN Masking. Knowledge of various protocol FC, iSCSI, FcoE & FCIP. Implementing & Configure new SAN devices in environment. Troubleshooting the critical SAN Fabric issues & managing switch level backups. Basic administration on various Operating Systems (Windows & Linux). Troubleshooting for storage on OS platform like Windows & LINUX . Configure High Availability (HA) SAN storage devices for redundant path. Perform firmware upgrades for all SAN Storage devices,validate prerequisites & upgrade plans. Familiar working with heavily regulated ITIL process oriented organizations,  Change management change review/change approval with Service now tool. Allocation & Deallocation, Commission & Decommission Storage devices using SAN environment.
