1. Preparation of 15 Months Rolling Forecast/Budget (Capex and Opex).2. Monthly analysis and reporting on Forecast vs Actual. Monitor/Analyze FC variances for Management review.3. Timely and accurate monthly capitalization reporting for all Network Projects.4. Follow up and reporting on different departmental OE initiatives.5. Accurate budget utilization/commitment issuance in line with approved budget. Keeping track of Approved vs utilized budget.6. Follow up and reporting on different departmental OE initiatives.7. Supervision on Issuing Purchase Orders of all project offers on timely basis.8. Monthly commitment reconciliation with subcontractors to make sure all performed activities must have Purchase orders.9. Performed settlement/closure agreement with multiple sub-cons for smooth closure.10. Coordination with External (Vendors/Sub-cons) and Internal (Business Planning team, Procurement, User Departments etc.) customers regarding Purchase Orders, FC and invoices.11. Reporting of Parameters against Global Cost Bench-marking (GCB) working.12. Performs quarterly ICFR controls e.g. Long Aged Accruals, Open Lines, CWIP.13. Established internal control for Clearing aged CWIP and clear 1 BPKR, Reduced aged accrual after close coordination with vendors/Account payable.
