ResponsibilitiesManaging the accounting function operation office of this leading company engaged in Oil & Gas exploration and production of annual turnover of USD$20m and Production of 300thousands/bbl of oil per month and engaged with number of oil and gas fields having proven reserves and hired more than 100 employees functionally reporting to Production Manager and company maintaining Matrix organization structure.Maintaining Capex & Opex budget related to Operation and reporting variances require management focus for budgetary review and monitoring.Production cost identification and classification according to their purpose and further charged and allocation to ensure prudent cost reporting in blocks for billing statement and summary expenditures to present for cash call from joint partners and stakeholders.Assisting to HR management relating to technical management resources utilization and correct reporting of man hours to ensure sound direct and indirect labour payments and performance management reporting through various forms of attendance, overtime, per diem reconciliation and hotel and travel billing and auditing for correct charge for consultant cost.
