 Manage the support and implementation team of Quantis product. The support and implementation team would then carry out activities like Install, Configure, Document, Maintain and Support, Bug Fixation, Client Calls and give Online Support to the clients. Manage the New implementations, Patch Implementations and Product updates for the clients. Manage the support team with regular Review meeting with the entire support team. Report to the management about the status of all the support activities on a regular basis. Take feedback from the client and application users of the Quantis Application. Provide training to the application users on Quantis. Provide guidance to the support team to resolve the application issues with users. Manage the release movement for all the bug fixed and product features. Manage the new development or enhancement in Quantis. Generate time sheets of the time effort for the development team. Discuss the Database design and architecture for Quantis. Provide demo of the Quantis product to users.
