From July 2020 to Currently Arrangements of long-term financing and short-term financing as per requirement for the existing project and new projects.  Dealing with banks for creation and vacation of 1st Joint Pari Passu/Ranking Charge/ Specific charge on current and fixed assets of the company. Prepare the projection of companies. Managing working capital, including managing day to day cash flow of company.  Arrangement of short-term financing (istisna) roll over.  Dealing with banks for annual renewal or enhancement of financing line.  Coordination with import/ trade department for opening/ retirement of letter of credit for import of plant and machinery and raw material, from banks.  Dealing with banks for issuing BG/LG for customers or companies.  Coordination with sales & marketing department for the recovery to meet the working capital requirement.  Prepare monthly cash flow and stock reports of companies.  Supervision of Ghani Global Glass limited- Account receivable and Insurance. Costing  Budgeting. Financial management reporting. Preparation of monthly and annual accounts  Any task assigns by CFO and Director Finance.
