I was hired as a product manager for the launch of am e-learning app. The launch was expected to take six months because it was in the late planning stage. However, I was able to go live with the app in four months. Throughout this time I conducted user discovery calls and field visits. I ideated solutions in collaboration with the core business team. I translated those solutions as documented user stories including the acceptance criteria, wireframes, and references. I conducted weekly sprint meetings to maintain the flow of development and I helped marketing and design teams align the timing for the launch. I was able to go live on Google's Playstore in four months because I consistently drove the development team to remain focused on churning out high priority items and shed away unnecessary blockers. And because I enabled faster communication between the top management and the development team by setting up systems that allow all stakeholders to remain up to date through tools like Power BI, Excel and by using SQL for quick reports from the data base. During my tenure, I also managed the launch of two more product for the company. I successfully rolledout an Artificial Intelligence based LLM chatbot 'tutor'. This was integrated with WhatsApp, and is serving 100+ daily active users by the time my tenure ended. Secondly, I launched an e-commerce website using Shopify, selling language classes and a paid newsletter to ex-patriots in the US.

I was the product owner for an IVR calling system and an advisory service with a call center backend operation. I managed planning for new development and bug fixes on the backend systems. I took 2000+ user discovery calls to gain insights for various bottlenecks and bugs during my tenure. And I discovered and resolved 50+ bugs in our software system such as slow response times, call queuing, sound issues, payment issues, data loss etc).Additionally, I aided the product team in the software development of a B2C Mobile Application by creating user stories, wireframes, reports, presentations, proposals, designs and documentation.

I acted as a key executor of user research, ideation, wireframing, documentation and operations management for software development projects with 10+ large-organization clients. Additionally, I managed the company's sales and marketing efforts. This included writing tenders for government projects and making project proposals or sales pitches for international prospects.Having been on the execution side, I was able to set up systems for efficient operations. I championed the company's playbook for process management in the sales and marketing department.

For 40+ clients, I was the key marketing executive in the team. I conducted research, analyzed data, made reports, managed digital marketing platforms for SMM and SEM, did community management for the clients, conducted on-page SEO for their websites and even created graphic design content or presentations for the clients. Additionally I managed the company's freelance profiles on Fiverr and conducted on-page SEO to get the company ranked on the 2nd page in our category.
