• Assisted in Preparation of interim & annual financial statements/reports, including consolidated financial statements and ensuring that financial statements comply with all the applicable laws and International Financial Reporting Standards.• Managing investment portfolio of the bank and reporting of monthly accounts and all related activities.• Preparation and filing of Monthly/Bi annually Withholding Income Tax Statements and provide assistance in submission of Monthly and Quarterly Sales tax & FED Returns to FBR and other Provincial Tax Authorities.• Assist in Preparation and Submission of periodical Regulatory Returns and other information of Bank to regulatory authority in accordance with their guidelines with timeliness and accuracy of information produced.• Reviewing credit applications prepared by the business units, while identifying key risk elements, finding ways to mitigate them in accordance with the bank’s Credit Policy & Procedure Manual while ensuring compliance to SBP Prudential Regulations.• Evaluating client’s credit worthiness, financial health and operational efficacy along with keeping bank credit exposures within prescribed set risk appetite/exposure levels based on client risk grade.• Preparing comment sheet/office note for finalization of approving authorities after addressing deficiencies of credit application in coordination with Relationship Managers.• Assist team leader in the conduct of audit and investigations as per annual audit plan.• Discuss Audit findings, with the auditee, under the supervision of Team Leader and ManagerAudit.• Carryout inspections, investigations, examinations or reviews assigned by the line management.
