Performance Review and ReportingDrive the development of dynamic periodic business performance measures/indicators i.e. management reports for Asia through effective monitoring and reporting of performance on a regular basis, analyzing deviations and assessing implication to Group’s value chain and providing insightful, forward-looking analysis on business achievements and areas of concern to facilitate the management in making informed, strategic and timely decisions.Responsible for annual business plan and budget 1. Anchor the consolidation of Asia Annual Business Plan and Budget through integration and alignment of business plan for all countries within Asia Region 2. Support the preparation of presentation of the Annual Business Plan and Budget encompassing Operating expenditures(OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) by reviewing, challenging, including budgeting guidelines and methodologies to align all entities within Asia & Group’s strategic business direction for onward submission to PETRONAS and Board approval.Advisory and Business PartnerAdvisor to business by providing technical guidance on overall finance functions including but not limited to costing, assets, OPEX and tax management, together with relevant Group functions, including reporting, highlighting areas of concerns, developing contingency/recovery plans in response to adverse business conditions, recommending solutions and facilitating resolutions of issues effectively to enable achievement of value-creation, business targets and objectives.
