 Process monthly payroll for all Group companies. Prepare and distribute payroll report includes all financial transactions for each company. Upload salary files to Bank portal. Verify Leave application and process leave salaries on timely basis. Annual Leave air ticket entitlement verification and issue LPO. Discharge employees EOSB calculation and release payment after approval process. Conduct exit interview. Support and assist on company HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Monthly and Yearly closing of Payroll System. Communicate and arrange Candidates for F2F, P2P and V2V interview for new recruitment. Apply Medical Insurance cards for employees and renew on time. Prepare special reports based on the requirement of HR Manager and Managements. Apply and renew advertisement permit, sign board, promotional / campaign permit through Abu Dhabi Business Center online portal.  Create new employee profile and update status in Autoline Kerridge System. Maintain master data for employees (date of join, designation, date of birth, salary, visa expiry, etc.) and personnel files. Maintain records for employees all type of leave, leave ticket and resumption on duty after leave for divisions. Request and arrange Payroll Card (Edenred C3) for employees. Maintain records of resignation and termination employees. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

>Manage the manpower resources; such as recruitment agencies, career websites, social medianetworking, referral program, recruitment campaigns.>Advertise and manage vacant positions both internally and externally through i-Recruitment.>Assisting in screening all CVs and provide respective divisions with input into that matching withJob Description of potential candidates to suitable positions.>Scrutinizes and short list received applications and process to indenting department for initialselection for interview.>Arranges interview at AUH offices and/or operational sites. Includes arranging entry visas,airport meeting, accommodation, and local transportation.>Follows up with departments to expedite job interview record and prepare job offers forsuccessful candidates. Follows up with offered candidates and prepare recruitment contracts.>Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.>Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related monthly and weeklyreports.>Worked closely with UAE national recruitment team in achieving nationalization plans.>Successfully participate three mass recruitment campaigns conducted by ADCO.
